Added fields parameter to more routes

Now available for the following routes:

• Entities ESG Events

Added CSV export to more routes

The above routes now support the CSV export feature. With the addition of:

• Entities CES
• Entities CES Statistics

Removed unnecessary entity_id in entity ces route

entity_id is already present in the URL, adding it to each element of the response was redundant.
This entity_id is still present in the response of the universe ces route, as in this context there can be multiple entities per universe.

Same change was applied to the CES Statistics route.

New routes

The new Entities ESG Events Statistics route returns the count of events per period.
