Added support for translation on "by id" routes

Impacted routes:

• Get Case by id
• Get Event by id
• Get ESG Document by id
• Get SDG Document by id

All these routes now support the translate option. See each route for more information about the available fields.

Added support for new languages in translate option.

Added support for:

• pt and portiguese_brazil (Portuguese - Brazil). Alternative to pt-PT, portuguese
• fr-CA and french_canada (French - Canada). Alternative to fr, french
• es-MX and spanish_mexico (Spanish - Mexico). Alternative to es, spanish

Note: fixed typo in haitial_creole which was haitian creole with a space.

Translation table has been updated.
