Entities Custom client IDs

Added support for client-specific custom entity identifiers to make it easier to link SESAMm entities with external Knowledge Graphs / client systems.

A new client_code filter has been added to search an entity by a custom client identifiers.

Some custom identifiers can be added on an entity and they can be retrieved by adding client_code to the query fields parameter.

To add some to the entities of your universe, contact your account manager.
