SDG Documents route updates
The Get Entity SDG Documents and Get Universe SDG Documents routes have been updated to match the existing ESG documents routes.
This adds SDG category/intensity filters, date/intensity ordering, pagination, and CSV export parity with the ESG document routes.
Default order has been updated to match ESG documents, the new order is now score:desc, extract_date:desc.
Was id:desc before.
